Pricing...
All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate, but do not include delivery unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to change the advertised prices at anytime. The price you will pay will be the price in force at the time of checkout.
Ordering...
Orders placed Monday – Friday will be processed within 24 hours. If you place your order at the weekend or on a bank holiday the order will be processed on the next working day.
Payment...
Payment is accepted by the debit and credits shown to the right, unfortunately we are unable to accept phone payment via American Express. We also accept payment by postal order, personal cheque and now Paypal.
You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order to confirm the order has been received. The card billing address on phone orders must be provided for card verification. If the address does not match the card provided we will not be able to proceed with your order.
We may carry out further checks with the card issuer during payment processing.
Please note payment will need to clear before your order is processed.
Availability...
All products are subject to availability. If the product you order is in stock we will look to despatch it within 3-4 working days. If the product you order is out of stock we will look to despatch it within 14 working days. If the product will not be in stock within 14 working days we will contact you to advise the actual delivery time. If you are not willing to wait for the actual delivery time we will offer you a refund.
Delivery...
Delivery is made by a national carrier service unless otherwise specified. All deliveries are sent for delivery on weekdays Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays although exceptions can be made, please contact us for details.
All goods delivered should be removed from packaging and inspected for damage and any damage reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery arriving. Failure to report damage within this time scale will invalidate any claims against the carriers for damage caused. Damaged goods can be reported to us by email during working hours.
For certain deliveries we may wish to contact you to arrange specific delivery details.
Standard weekday delivery is charged at £4.95 inc vat.
If you live outside mainland UK i.e. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands etc or you live in the following postcode areas FK, PA, PH, DD, AB, KW please contact us prior to ordering as delivery charges will vary.
For any order over 50kg or for bulky or multiple orders we will contact you with regards any extra shipping charges, in order for you to confirm that you are happy before we can ship your goods.
Privacy policy...
All personal information obtained is purely for the use of processing your order and will be held on our secure server, as per the data protection acts of 1984.
Credit/debit card details are NOT stored and are only used to process payment.
We will NOT trade, sell or exchange your personal details with any third party unless they are a supplier of the item you have ordered and require it to arrange direct delivery to you.
Warranties & Guarantees...
All manufacturers have different warranties and guarantees. Please contact us for more information on the warranty procedure for your particular product.
Faulty products...
Please contact us within 24 hours if you have received a faulty product so that we may look to solve the problem by way of the exchange, manufacturers guarantee, or warranty.
We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss of damage or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
Complaints...
We will endeavour to acknowledge any complaints within 24 hours and look to resolve within 5 working days. We always endeavour to handle complaints fairly and swiftly. Keeping the customer informed about progress. Feedback on how we can improve our service is always welcome.

Whilst using garden tools, powered machines, power tools, and forestry equipment etc., you must be wearing the correct safety equipment AT ALL TIMES. Protective clothing/equipment is available on our web site and at our retail outlet. Please follow manufactures recommended safety tips as injury can occurr if these are not adhered to. Keep your tools and equipment well maintained and serviced regularly. When appropriate use outdoors or in a well-ventilated room.
Anyone who uses a chainsaw should have received adequate training in safe use. Wear suitable protective equipment and ensure they have taken all reasonable practical steps so that no one is put at risk by their work.
Parental supervision is required for the safe use of all Children's toys. Safety procedures, maintenance checks, and wearing of safety equipment is recommended for all children's toy products.
