About us...
Our family run business has been operational for over 30 years and we are able to boast that we have many of the same staff that were with us right at the beginning. This means that not only do we have a very experienced sales team but that we are committed to customer care.
We operate our warehouse and offices from the same premises, with a large warehouse downstairs and offices upstairs.
Both our retail shop and warehouse are based in the central location of Northampton.
We have a large, modern, recently expanded showroom to display our machinery, where items are displayed by make so that models can be compared . We have a large warehouse which enables us to carry most items in stock.
Our handheld machinery is at easy reach in order to feel the weight and how it handles.
If you live in our local area you may receive delivery from our own transport, if you live further afield then that is no problem, your delivery will be delivered by a national courier usually on a next day delivery or to suit your requirements.
All our parcels are packed with diligence, care and packaging, to avoid damages. Each parcel is sealed with our security tape.
If required, a member of our despatch team can contact you to arrange delivery.
We have a large warehouse which enables us to keep a variety of items in stock.
We have a dedicated sales team who sell parts to both retail and trade customers.
We are the mail order distributor for Bosch, Atco and Qualcast garden machinery parts.
